Prayagraj News: Police force deployed after the murder of Atiq and Ashraf.

The situation in the city is tense but under control following the murder of Atiq and Ashraf. Paramilitary forces, PAC and police contingents have been deployed in most of the mohallas of the old city. Officers are continuously taking stock of the situation by doing rounds.
Internet services remained disrupted for the second consecutive day on Monday in view of the tense situation. People are facing a lot of problems due to suspension of internet service in Prayagraj and Kaushambi. From UPI transactions to online shopping, food ordering, railway ticket reservation, transactions are getting affected.
Apart from Atiq’s native locality Chakia, Kasari Masari, a large number of police forces have been deployed in Khuldabad, Atala, Chowk, Roshanbagh, Nakhaskohna, Beniganj, Dhoomanganj, Rajrooppur, Kalindipur, Jansenganj, Katju Road, Shahganj etc. RAF contingents have been deployed at various places. The authorities are controlling the situation.
Stoppage of internet services is affecting the lives of the people. ATM service has also come to a standstill due to shutdown of net service. Due to this people have to go round to withdraw money. Heavy force has been deployed near the ruined house of Atiq in Kasari Masari.
